School Backpacks
With the beginning of a new school year upon us, some families are unable to afford the high cost of supplies, especially when there are multiple children in a family.  Recognizing that many of these children will start school without the supplies needed, FUMC has been providing backpacks and supplies for these young people. In 2012 there 83 backpacks were distributed. They were filled with pencils, pens, paper, folders, and other necessities to begin their school year.
